Centroamérica Adelante offers civil society leaders working on the various causes of migration in the Northern Triangle of Central America a 10-month training program focused on personal growth, skills development and the expansion of social capital. The program is designed to facilitate and motivate civil society leaders – both men and women – to actively engage with others through their different organizations.
