Kathleen Steffen
Strategic Partnerships Manager

Kathleen Steffen currently serves as the Strategic Partnerships Manager at Seattle International Foundation, where she coordinates SIF events and oversees partnership development and donor relations. Prior to moving to Seattle, Kathleen lived in Mexico City for several years. There she worked as an analyst in the Strategic Planning Department at Nestle, developed a College Counseling Department at a local Mexican high school and conducted research on high school community service programs. She also worked for the Georgia Department of Economic Development in both their Atlanta and Munich offices. Kathleen has written ESOL curriculum for both Oxford University Press and Grupo Santillana, and has significant experience working with low-income immigrant communities as well as international students.

Kathleen was a Fulbright Binational Business Grantee in Mexico and a Congress-Bundestag Scholar in Germany. She holds a Master of Education in International Education from Endicott College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Spanish from Valdosta State University. Kathleen is originally from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
